Downstairs: Large fully-equipped kitchen diner with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine. One main lounge and one snug, both with Freeview TV and DVD players (the main lounge is a Smart TV).

Upstairs: One king bedroom with private en suite shower, one double bedroom with private en suite shower. One further double and two twin bedrooms. One family bathroom and additional separate shower room.

Capacity: Three bedrooms can take a cot (king, and double and twin on right of floorplan), one can take a z-bed (king) or snug has a single sofa bed. A cottage for ten usually but can accommodate 11 (10 adults) plus cots.
